Houses in Stowe, Vermont. We offer rooms,
efficiencies, apartments, and houses.
We also have hot tubs in some units, Jacuzzi
tubs in our efficiencies, outdoor pool,
athletic fields, and more. We offer affordable
lodging for you, your family, friends,
team or organization.
General Information
- Check In Time: After 3 PM
- Check Out Time: 11 AM
- Office Hours @ The Notchbrook
General Store: 7:00 AM- 8 PM
- Payment: A deposit of 1 night
stay during regular season (or 50%
for holidays) is due upon booking.
The balances for the rooms are due
upon arrival. The balances for the
houses are due 30 days prior to arrival.
We accept Visa, MC, American Express,
traveler's checks and cash for payment.
- Deposit Policy: A guest's
deposit will be refunded if notification
of cancellation is received 14 days
for regular rooms during regular season
(30 days for holidays, 90 days for
houses) prior to the date of arrival.
This deposit will be forfeited if
your party arrives after the date
specified or departs before the final
day of the reservation. We will refund
your deposit if the accommodations
are re-rented. This policy has been
standardized in the area for the mutual
benefit of guests and innkeepers.
- Pet Information: There are
only a few select units on our property
that allow a pet. Thus, it is mandatory
for you to tell us upon making the
reservation if you plan to bring a
pet. There is a daily $10 pet charge.
We welcome a well behaved pet under
the following guidelines: only one
pet per room is allowed;a dog must
be kept on a leash outside; it cannot
disturb other guests; a pet can never
be left alone in the room unless in
a kennel (and a number where you can
be reached) and never be left alone
if it barks.
- Smoking Policy: All of our
units are smoke free.
