The Clear Pond House is located 18 miles north of Stowe on 40 acres overlooking a beautiful large private pond. This is an ideal location for snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. There is no need to drive anywhere; the VAST trail is right outside the door. The house has 4 bedrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms. There is a kitchen, dining area, living room with satellite TV/VCR, a fireplace, laundry, screened porch, outside grill and hot tub. It can accommodate up to 10 people with a varied bedroom configuration.
